By installing or using Intutiv for Gmail you agree to these terms. If you buy Intutiv Pro, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, because Paddle is the seller of record.
Intutiv for Gmail is a browser extension that makes Gmail faster and easier to search, read and organise. Free covers one Gmail account and the core features. Intutiv Pro is a paid subscription that adds multiple Gmail accounts, search inside attachments, Gmail offline and voice search.
Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. You enter a payment method at checkout; you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and the first payment is taken automatically. One trial per customer.
Pro is billed in advance, monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹3,289), prices including applicable taxes, through Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time using the link in the receipt Paddle emails you, or by writing to us; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give you notice before any price change applies to your subscription. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Pro is licensed to you, the purchaser, for your personal use on the Gmail accounts and devices you use. Your licence key must not be shared, published or resold. We may revoke keys obtained by fraud, chargeback abuse or sharing.
Don't use Intutiv to break the law, to access mail that is not yours, to interfere with Gmail or other users, or to get around the licence. You are responsible for the mailbox you use it with and for complying with Google's terms for Gmail.
Your mail stays on your device. Optional features such as voice search use your browser's speech service. See the privacy policy for exactly what is processed and where.
Summaries, answers and suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information against the original email before relying on it.
Intutiv depends on Gmail and Chrome, which change without notice; we ship updates often but cannot guarantee every feature works at all times. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Intutiv is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
You can stop using Intutiv at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling Pro). We may suspend Pro for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts in Kolkata have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
