Every new Pro subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
Monthly and yearly renewals can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not used Pro since it renewed. After that, cancel any time and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or write to hello@intutiv.ai with the email you paid with or your order ID. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is made, the Pro licence for that period ends.
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live, or under Paddle's buyer terms.
